Fees
Gold Service
The monthly subscription entitles you to take advantage of leads that we have sourced, which will be emailed to you based on the criteria you have provided.
If you choose to pursue a particular deal you must reply as quickly as possible. The lead will be offered to the first respondent. If there is more than one reply then we reserve the right to offer it to the next respondent chronologically in the case that payment is not received, or if the first investor subsequently chooses not to pursue it.
A finder's fee of 1% of purchase price is payable on successful purchases, less your deposit.
The deposit/reservation fee on accepting a lead is £250.00 payable in advance and is fully transferable should the purchase be unsuccessful.
The balance of the finders fee is payable on successful completion.
Platinum Service
As above, except that properties are sourced and offered to the client on an individual basis to match their requirements. The subscription paid up to the date of the purchase is deducted in full. Any surplus will be carried over to the next purchase.
Buyer Representation is also subject to a reservation fee where we have recommended the property in question. The total fee is 2% of purchase price, less any deposit, on exchange of contract/memoranda.
There will be a minimum charge (to be advised on application), to cover travelling expenses.
