About Us
Here at Auction Insider we have bought a number of properties at auction either on the day or post-auction, and used creative strategies to dramatically increase our portfolio over a short period of time. We have also tried telephone bidding but found this to be less successful.
We have therefore built up a lot of experience and have spent many hours educating ourselves and researching auction lots in order to find the best deals. As we can only make use of a small number of these deals ourselves, the logical progression is to offer them to other investors.
In the first instance we are looking for a small number of clients to work with, in the capacity of sourcing and assisting in the evaluation of potential properties. We will also physically attend an auction as “Buyers Representative” in order to bid and secure your purchase on your behalf, saving you considerable time and inconvenience. We will also consider any other service that you feel appropriate.
It is also our ongoing objective to provide an information resource and offer assistance to other investors who prefer a more hands-on approach.
We have come across many potential problems that we have been fortunate to avoid, due mainly to the guidance from our team of advisers, and have overcome some of the major hurdles that are all too often a common occurrence in the auction process.
We aim to provide the benefit of our experience in order to remove some of the myths, misconceptions and mystery surrounding auctions; highlight the potential pitfalls and hidden horrors lurking in the small-print; and provide practical guides and resources to make it a safer environment for all levels of investor.
